These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of America We Rise (the "Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and genuinely yours.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide a real, working email address and WhatsApp number — both are verified via a one-time code (2FA) before your account becomes active.
For your security, sessions expire automatically after 24 hours, after which you'll be asked to verify your identity again via an email code before logging back in.
If an incorrect verification code is entered four times in a row, further attempts are blocked for 5 hours as a security measure against unauthorized access attempts.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account access confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Our Services

The Platform provides: structured courses across wealth-building, technology, and agriculture; a Jobs Portal connecting members with opportunities; an AI-powered Blueprint Mentor chat feature; a loyalty points and referral program; and a Premium membership unlocking full access.

4. Premium Membership

Premium is a one-time onboarding fee, not a recurring subscription — pay once, and access does not expire for the life of your account.
The current price is displayed at checkout and may include a limited-time promotional discount, which can end without prior notice.
Payment is accepted via M-Pesa (Kenya) or supported cryptocurrencies (everyone, everywhere).
Refund policy: because Premium unlocks digital course content immediately upon payment, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable Kenyan consumer protection law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly.

5. Educational Content Is Not Professional Advice

Nothing on this Platform — including course content, the Blueprint Mentor AI chat, or any staff communication — constitutes licensed financial, legal, tax, medical, or investment advice. All content is provided for general educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any financial, business, or personal decisions you make. Past results discussed on the Platform, including in testimonials, are not guarantees of future outcomes, and individual results vary based on your own effort, circumstances, and market conditions.

5.1 The Blueprint Mentor (AI Chat)

The Blueprint Mentor is an artificial intelligence feature powered by Anthropic's Claude, focused on discipline, execution, and mindset. It is not a licensed financial advisor, therapist, lawyer, or medical professional, and should never be treated as one. For financial, legal, or medical decisions, consult an appropriately licensed professional.

6. Jobs Portal

The Jobs Portal facilitates connections between members posting opportunities and members applying to them. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, verify every employer independently, or act as a party to any employment agreement formed through the Portal. Exercise your own judgment and diligence before accepting any opportunity or sharing personal information with a prospective employer.

7. Loyalty Points & Referrals

Loyalty points earned through referrals are a redeemable credit toward future Premium-related costs only — they cannot be withdrawn as cash under any circumstance.
Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, duplicate identities, or any attempt to manipulate the referral system) will result in forfeiture of associated points and may lead to account suspension.
The points, tiers, and rewards structure may be adjusted over time; we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: create multiple accounts to abuse referrals, promotions, or points; share your account credentials with others; attempt to bypass security measures including 2FA verification; scrape, copy, or redistribute course content; upload malicious files; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, and platform materials are the property of America We Rise or its licensors (including course content hosted via Coursebox) and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or poses a security risk to the Platform or other members, at our reasonable discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, America We Rise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including financial decisions made based on course content or Blueprint Mentor conversations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
